Thoughts and Impressions
A visit to our partner school in Vienna
We
found Vienna a very interesting place. This was our second visit to the city.
Last year we were in Vienna on an exchange visit and this autumn we came for a
short stay with our teachers to organise the booklet for our project. We
appreciated the monuments, the museums, the smart shops and the beautiful
landscape. On our second visit Lore showed us the narrow streets of the Jewish
quarter which we had not seen before. Schönbrunn is impressive for the gardens
and the buildings where Empress "Sissi" lived. Our host family was
friendly and kind; in fact we felt at home with our young hosts. We hope we will
have another opportunity to visit the city of the Habsburgs! (Laura and Mara)
